NU219EM/C3VL0241 Bearing TR electric insulation bearing is a new bearing product integrating mechanical, electrical, materials and other multidisciplinary technologies. Compared with traditional bearings, it increases the function of the bearing itself. This bearing is designed to prevent electrolytic corrosion. It has a long operating life and high reliability. It has been applied to railway locomotive traction main motors, hydroelectric power generation, thermal power generation, motors for wind power generation equipment, motors for coal mine machinery, etc., which are susceptible to electric shock or stray current. The model of Jiuxing electric insulation bearing is the same as that of ordinary bearing, except that it has some suffixes. It is expressed as: V3031A--outer ring insulation V3031B--inner ring insulating ceramic coating 1) coating thickness: 0.2--0.3mm2) insulation resistance : greater than or equal to 50M & Omega; 3) insulation performance: at least 1000VDC product characteristics: electrical insulation bearings can avoid damage caused by electrical corrosion, so compared with ordinary bearings in the motor to ensure more reliable operation. Even in humid conditions, it can very well prevent the passage of current. Ceramic coated bearings also require sealing. Product application: It is suitable for motors, generators, especially variable frequency motors. There are three types of insulating bearings that are often sold on the market: surface-coated ceramics, surface-coated resins, and ceramics for rolling elements. Surface coated ceramics have the widest range of uses. Installation method of electric insulating bearing: The insulating bearing chamber is made of insulating material with a certain hardness in the inner hole and the end surface of the bearing. Matters needing attention when installing insulated bearings, do not directly hit the bearing surface with a hammer during installation, and do not use insulated bearings with surface defects to clean the bearing chamber and bearings. Do not adhere to the conductors and choose a suitable shoulder. To avoid current flowing from the bearing side through the bearing, the bearing chamber must be inverted at least 0.5MM deep slope 10-15 & deg; angle, for DC motor, the shaft should be grounded during the resistance test.
